Kristina A. Holzweiss was selected as the School Librarian of the Year in 2015 by School Library Journal and Scholastic.  She  has authored and co-authored two series of makerspace books for Scholastic.  She is the President of Long Island LEADS (http://www.longislandleads.org) and the founder of SLIME - Students of Long Island Maker Expo (http://www.slimemakerexpo.com).  Kristina was named a 2018 Library Journal Mover and a Shaker.
