Dr. Ceng is the Superintendent of Jefferson Central School. He has over 20 years of experience in education, 15 of which have been in school building and district leadership. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from The Sage Colleges, Albany, NY, in 2016. His demonstrated success in continuous improvement planning and facilitation encompasses urban, suburban, and rural settings. Dr. Ceng has facilitated extensive professional development focused on creating optimal educational outcomes for all learners and is a certified trainer in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. His serves on numerous local, regional and statewide boards.
